Shipping policy

We ship Monday to Thursday via Royal Mail tracked 24 and Royal mail special delivery pre 1pm services.

Orders shipped via the tracked 24 service, placed before 5pm Monday-Wednesday will be dispatched the next working day.

Orders shipped via the tracked 24 service, placed after 5pm Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.

Orders shipped by Royal mail special delivery will nit be dispatched until we have recieved contact from the buyer to agree a mutually acceptable date for delivery to occur.

Royal mail 24 is NOT a guaranteed next day delivery service, in some rare occurrences items shipped this way may take more than one day to arrive.  Livestock sent by this method will be adequately packed for this eventuality.

We cannot accept any liability for items not arriving in the time frame given by Royal Mail, as a 3rd party provider. However we will always endeavour to address any issues with livestock, caused by such arrival issues.
