All our Zoanthids are rested for at least 1 month prior to shipping, by this time they will be fully attached to the frag plug of their own accord and will most likely have started to grow 'pup' polyps around the base.

Description:

A larger zoanthid. Very hardy and tolerant of most lighting and flow requirements. Providing a great gap filler for less hospitable areas in your aquarium. Very variable polyp colouration, requiring blue light to bring out their best colours. Showing variation in polyp colours, even in the same colony. Dusted with "galaxy" of speckles of reds, greens, pinks and yellow, denser toward the mouth with long flowing lashes. Pure white light washes the colours out in this species making them look a pale brown colour.

Size

A larger zoanthis with polyps capable of reaching the size if a 20p piece.

Care

Very easy under normal reef parameters, thrives under most lighting and flow variations.
